I just read this book. It is both funny and serious. I would highly reccommend getting the audiobook with it. I guarantee you will be laughing out loud while reading and listening to it. The best response to this would be why then do we celebrate a saint's feast day on or near the day they died? It is because we believe that it is in dying we are born to eternal life.

No, Denise, I did not get a chance to listen to the homily from last week. Actually, I wanted to post this on January 3rd but didn't get a chance to. I can understand you being distracted with all you have going on.

Paragraph 435 of the above is very consoling especially, St. Joan of Arc.
