Church study concludes no blood in Divine Mercy image in Mumbai
In June, worshippers at a parish outside Mumbai, India, reported seeing a red liquid-- with the appearance of blood-- oozing from the heart of Christ in a Divine Mercy image. Reports that the image was shedding blood drew over 100,000 people to the church. But after a thorough investigation, Cardinal Oswald Gracias reports that there were no traces of blood found on the image.
