Prayer request from Great Lakes Gabriel Project

Greetings!
I just received a call from Rebecca, who answers our toll free line. She spoke with the mother of a 14 year old young man who fathered a child with his 14 year old girlfriend.

They are about 6 months along in the pregnancy and both grandparents just found out about it. Both parents of the baby have chosen life, and so has his mom, but the other grandma has already determined that her daughter will have an abortion!

They need to go to Illinois because in Indiana it is illegal to perform an abortion after 20 weeks gestation. The procedure she will undergo is called a D & C. It is a three step process. The first appointment is on Holy Thursday. The second on Good Friday. And, unless God intervenes, that baby will die on Holy Saturday, as we wait to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus.

We have pointed them in the direction of pro life resources near them and his mom has already said she will raise the baby. We need to get on bended knee RIGHT NOW and pray that this baby be saved! Thank you in advance for your prayers for this baby and the entire family. Pray that God softens the heart of the grandma who is pushing for abortion and pray that this young lady is courageous enough to stand up to her mother. God be with them all.
