Such news about artificial hormones just keeps comming, doesn't it? Makes you wonder how the stuff got legal in the first place. I am never ever going on hormones when I go through my change of life, by the way. (whenever that may come) Menopause is not a disease that one needs to take a pill for. If I have hot flashes, I'll just offer them up! (isn't that what people used to do? :roll: )

My mom has been on "low-dose" for years...supposedly to help her migraines!!! She had something like a "stroke" (not actually diagnosed as that) a couple of years ago. She was paralyzed for a few days on one side of her body. I'll bet you the pill helped out with that.
