I'm reading his book Behold the Pierced One for Lent and Holy Week reading.. i'm always inspired by the intricacy, subtlety and depth of this message. as well the breadth and integrity of his vision of the faith.

Its interesting to note that Ignatius Press' lenten reflections this year were based on Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI book "Jesus of Nazareth".....a truly inspiring lenten resource.
His profound legacy of faith and spirituality lives on in his writings, even tho he is retired from the Main Papal Position as head of the Catholic Church, its his books that are resourced continuously

couldnt believe my luck on the journey home from Easter Solemn Mass from the Cathedral ~ apart from the Papal Blessing bestowed on the faithful by the Archbishop of Melboune (delivered from the Pope)....i found an amazing book online (iphone check) by our Emeritus Pope Benedict XVI
